Meet the Doula’s!

Tressie Casey

Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Placenta Encapsulator

My name is Tressie Casey, I’m a proud wife and homeschooling mother of three beautiful children, and of course a birth nerd. As a dedicated doula I’m committed to supporting families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My mission is to create a safe, empowering, and nurturing space where parents feel informed, respected, and confident in their choices.

My passion for this work stems from my own experiences. My first two babies entered the world in quite traumatic fashion, following severe postpartum depression and lactation issues. I remember thinking to myself “I don’t want anyone else going through this alone”. I quickly became the lady that friends and family called when they needed help or had questions. I had no idea what a doula was until someone sent me a thank you card one time that said “Thank you for being my doula”. This word really got me. I had no clue what that was. I decided to look it up and to my surprise I found it originated from Greece and means “to serve or mother the mother”. I instantly fell in love with that and realized that it was my calling.

Rachel Frazier

Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Birth Photographer

My name is Rachel, I am a single mother of three beautiful children. It’s in my DNA to help other and to serve. My father was a pastor and my mom a nurse. My heart and passion is to support families in the most beautiful time of their journey of childbirth and after.
Being a doula is a blessing for me and I am honored to support families during the transformative experience of childbirth and the postpartum period, offering emotional, physical, and informational support to help them navigate this journey with confidence and ease.  ” Every child is a gift from God and every doula is here to help deliver the gift with care. “

Liz Tomoson

Birth and Postpartum Doula

Hi, my name is Liz! I am a follower of Jesus Christ, wife, mother of two awesome kiddos, and a Doula! I love coffee, trying new foods, and all things Studio Ghibli (If you know, you know).

I’ve always had a deep passion for supporting and caring for others. For over 20 years, I’ve devoted myself to serving people through every stage of life—from birth to hospice. One of my God-given gifts is offering encouragement and upliftment, and it’s my desire to be a blessing to you on your journey. It was actually my best friend who recognized this calling in me and suggested I explore becoming a doula—and she couldn’t have been more right. I have a true heart for service, and I look forward to walking alongside you.

Through my own birth experiences, I came to deeply value the importance of informed consent. As your doula, my goal is to ensure that you have accurate, unbiased information and a clear understanding of all your options. I want you to feel confident and empowered in every decision you make, knowing it’s based on full, informed knowledge. It would be an honor to support you during one of life’s most vulnerable and beautiful experiences. My role is to champion what matters most to you and to support the birth experience that aligns with your values and desires.

Abbey Vaipan

Birth and Postpartum Doula

Hello! My name is Abbey and I am a birth doula, wife, and momma to two kiddos. I enjoy running, and being outside with my kids. I love Jesus and desire to know him with all my heart.

I feel so privilege to serve as a birth doula to empower, support and educate mothers! The experience of giving birth to my two children has reinforced the need for continuous support throughout labor and increase my passion for providing that support. Birth is unpredictable, but God is so gracious in the process! My favorite part of being a Doula is teaching the clients own family to learn how to help in labor, as well as providing hands on support myself!
